EWI Privacy Policy
EWI respects the privacy of its members and other visitors to its website and has implemented the following policy. It is our general policy to collect and store only personal information that our members and visitors knowingly provide. If our privacy policies change, we will notify all users by e-mail or a special announcement placed on the website.
EWI does not collect any personal information from users browsing its website. Only aggregate data - such as the number of hits per page or survey data - are collected. Aggregate data are only used for internal and marketing purposes and do not provide any personally identifying information.
To gain access to members-only resources and personalization features on the EWI website, members and other users must provide a private code. Information provided through applications, registrations, publication orders accessed directly through the EWI website is not disclosed to other parties. Partners and Sponsors of EWI may be allowed business-related information for marketing purposes in exchange for their support of the organization. EWI does not disclose credit card account information provided by its members and customers. When members and customers choose to pay using their credit cards, EWI submits the information needed to obtain payment to the appropriate clearinghouse.

Registration Policy
Registration for monthly meetings and special events are final. There are no refunds provided. Final registration for monthly meetings is always the Friday before the monthly meeting date.
Terms and Conditions of Online Purchase
Payment is made with a major credit card only. We accept Visa® and MasterCard® in Canada. Registration prices are based upon Member, Sustaining, and Non-Member rates.
We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to refuse sales. This website also collects sales taxes as appropriate.
All funds are in Canadian dollars.
